Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and accessories, ensuring the soles are protected from scratches.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
